    Patient Care Coordinator Interview

    Anonymous Employee in Waterloo, IA

    Positive Experience
    Easy Interview

    Application

I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at VGM Group (Waterloo, IA) in April 2015.

    Interview

My [single] interview consisted of an operations manager asking me about my customer service experience. Many of my fellow associates had to go through more than one interview; I didn't learn of this until about a year after starting. A lot of people who interview are there on the recommendation of current employees (family/friends), so I think if you know someone who works there, you might be more likely to have to interview twice.

    Interview Questions

    • Tell me about a time that you provided exceptional customer service.
One aspect of the interview that I did not expect: a writing sample. The prompt was something along the lines of 'why I want to work at VGM', I believe.   Answer Question
