I have been working at Vacations To Go full-time (More than 8 years)

Great environment, low stress. Relaxed dress code. If you work hard, are motivated, and have a positive attitude, it all follows you here! The company is open to feedback through surveys and is always looking to make things more efficient......there's a "Director of Simplification"...its just what it sounds like! Strong focus on customer service, not just sales and closing deals. Great training and ongoing training, incentives and perks, trip reimbursements, prizes and giveaways. VTG mainly promotes from within and agents are able to move to other sales divisions if they have openings so there's growth opportunities. I've been employed going on 10 years and I've seen lots of growth and progress. And many people's lives have been changed by joining this great diamond in the rough! Also the Christmas Party/Awards Gala is AWESOME!

Hours. But no one keeps the same schedule forever. There are waitlists for various schedules.

    Advice to Management

Continue to be open, learn and grow as the company grows. Thank you for all you do!
