I have been working at Valforma full-time (More than a year)
We employees have Freedom to choose their Technology and the Product. Ways are always open to explore Innovative skills which will be rarely provided in many MNC's due to their restricted boundary of Project execution. Growth is certain to occur wherever there is an exploration and freedom of thoughts.
Compensation, Technology and Roles will auto reach when we sustain market focus and meet the current market demands. Customers demand and wants will change substantially. When we are adapted to it certainly there will be no Cons.
Advice to Management
Valforma have 3 decade old Industry experienced CEO's and Executives. So me as a 15 Years industry experience spend time to learn the skills acquired by them rather than the advices to management.
I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at Valforma (Chennai (India)) in June 2016.
I Was attended twice and cleared all the rounds and every time they are saying on-hold. in 2015 also same experience with Valforma and recent 2016 also same. I dont know why they are doing like with job seekers. Please follow the ethics.
