I have been working at Valley Medical Center full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Dress code is lax, desks are big and sit/stand capable, management is open and understanding, most co-workers are awesome, fun events, dual monitors, new facility

    Cons

We have staffing problems (typical of a call center environment), but there is a lot of potential - we just need the right people in here to work

    Advice to Management

Keep working with us and being patient. Get YOUR management to understand and meet our needs. Hire at least 1 more supervisor. Develop advancement opportunities within.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Valley Medical Center.

    Interview

They do a group interview and ask you some standard questions which they expect you to answer as short essays.
They never informed me if I got the job or not. Their silence however is enough for me to know that I did not get an offer. To not informed the applicants if they got a job or not is highly unprofessional and disappointing.
