Located in Renton, Washington, VMC offers medical, surgical and 24-hour emergency care as a Level III Trauma Center. VMC is a regional resource with recognized medical specialties in joint replacement and orthopedics, neuroscience, stroke and spine, sleep medicine, and childbirth and neonatal care, and provides specialized heart and vascular, and cancer treatment.

    Pros

    Dress code is lax, desks are big and sit/stand capable, management is open and understanding, most co-workers are awesome, fun events, dual monitors, new facility

    Cons

    We have staffing problems (typical of a call center environment), but there is a lot of potential - we just need the right people in here to work

    Advice to Management

    Keep working with us and being patient. Get YOUR management to understand and meet our needs. Hire at least 1 more supervisor. Develop advancement opportunities within.
