Culture in Action
The nature of Consulting has our project teams on-site at various client locations. We use an internal communication channel via Yammer to keep each other informed about what’s going on within the company, exciting consultant and projects updates, as well as recognition of other wins across the company. Here are few examples of our culture in action!
Level Up Your Career
One of the most beneficial aspects of Consulting versus a traditional corporate role is the incredible exposure and growth potential for each employee. Think of it as a career cheat code; with the variety of projects, industries, business functions, company sizes and so on, Consulting condenses years of experience in the traditional corporate world into a single project.
Tim Pezzelle, one of our Senior Consultants, said it best in an article he published earlier this year that summarized his own Consulting experience.

I worked at Valore Partners full-time (More than a year)
One of the best companies I've been able to work for. Management is very easy to talk to , very open/transparent communication. Employees are all very smart and willing to work together and learn from each other. I have gain so much invaluable experience at the clients and projects I've worked at because Valore is always trying to implement the best (and most of the time, leading edge) technology.

Advice to Management
Keep up the great work and family-oriented atmosphere!
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Valore Partners (Tempe, AZ) in June 2016.
First, I took an online test (that was developed in house). If you pass that, you do a phone interview with a VP and a couple other consultants. Then, if you pass that, they bring you in for an in person interview.
