    Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Valvoline.

    Interview

Panel of three. Set interview questions. Fairly standard process. Took around an hour to complete main interview. Had a few follow ups on the phone and brief tour of the facility.
