Upper management only bothers with their franchises when issues arise and choose an employee to blame, fire, and go about their business as usual rather than dealing with poor GMs and DMs Constant camera surveillance everywhere, managers you've never met calling about your store specifically being watched Very underhanded tactics used by upper management to deal with bad employees
Advice to Management
Take care of your employees and they won't quit, it's hard to feel like you have job security when you watch 4 or 5 managers have their jobs up and taken from them over nothing that was their fault. It makes everyone feel like they could be next
