Advice to Management
Communicate better and get on the same wavelength! Epic demands changes in how we do things. We have to change rather than continue trying to force it into our old box.
I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Vanderbilt University Medical Center (Nashville, TN) in January 2016.
Great. The interviewers were friendly and interested in my experience. I had a chance to ask questions and felt like they were honest about pros and cons about the organization. Overall a really great experience
