    Project Manager Interview

Anonymous Interview Candidate in Denver, CO

    Negative Experience
    Average Interview

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Vantage Data Centers (Denver, CO) in June 2019.

    Applied through a recruiter.

I had an initial phone screening with who would have been my supervisor and things went well. After the first interview I was given an assignment to complete to show my technical skills.

I had a follow up interview with a technical lead to gauge my technical abilities and that also went well.

I talked with a higher management individual and was told that my technical skills were better than the other person being interviewed, but they needed to mull over whether or not I was the right candidate. I was subsequently interviewed over the phone three more times and was given vague answers to where I was in the process. Finally, they said they were going to do another round of interviews and would contact me on my status after that. I was never contacted again. Overall, a disrespectful interview process and my recruiter said she had never witnessed this process before.
