    The interveiw was totally through email.1st you have register to a particular post like Php administrator,System Administrator etc etc.I applied for php developer.Afte 2-3 days they send me email that my cv has been selected.They will send 3-4 mail. 1st mail will be about yourself,2nd mail will be technical and 3rd mail will be hr.
