I worked at Vector Aerospace (Less than a year)

    Pros

I made good money for the work I done. I had a very good work schedule and enjoyed working the hours and days that I was working. Benefits and insurance were very good.

    Cons

Wasn't treated very disrespectful by supervisor. Was cussed at by fellow employees and it was always a hard work environment in the department I was employed in. Before when working in a different area I was treated much better. I sought another job mainly because of the way I was being treated.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Vector Aerospace (Richmond, BC (Canada)).

    Interview

Applied online, got a phone call to schedule an interview. Was interviewed by three people and also had to do a hands on portion. Since it is an aviation company, the hands-on test, skills portion, was aviation based.

Overall experience was good, everyone is nice, friendly, easy to talk to.
