Career growth can take 5+ years even if you're performing well, management is slow to make changes for new processes, C suite is disconnected from day to day operations and what people on the ground need to improve.
Advice to Management
Provide an unfiltered view of what is actually needed to help improve relationships with customers. Work on creating more growth opportunities for employees who want to see their careers advance.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Vector Security.
The interview consisted of standard interview questions, mostly a dialogue about the products sold, the territory in which to sell and how to sell the product to businesses and residents. You find out that you are paid by 100% commission. The interview was very easy going, relaxed and not the hardest questions to answer.
