Vector Solutions Believes in Our Community
“No act of kindness, however small, is ever wasted.” – Aesop
By now, it’s probably fairly obvious that we don’t take life too seriously but there is one thing at Vector Solutions that’s no joke: philanthropy. We love giving back to our communities...
Support for philanthropic causes and the community is a cornerstone of the Vector Solutions culture, and it is important to us that our business reflects our commitment to contributing to the greater good. From our sales promotions to our marketing campaigns to our social media presence and volunteer efforts, Vector Solutions uses its corporate presence to promote social awareness whenever possible. Vector Solutions and its team members support many non-profit organizations.
We work hard to give back by partnering with local charities, including Habitat for Humanity, Make-A-Wish, The Humane Society, Metropolitan Ministries, Susan G Komen, The Humane Society, The Ronald McDonald House and many others. We also give a Volunteer Day to all employees to get involved in the community!
“We are the shapers of culture, the workers for change, the dreamers of dreams.” – unknown.
We double-dog dare you to just try and find a culture with nicer people or a more down-to-earth atmosphere than at Vector Solutions. Our people are creative, competitive and hungry for knowledge – and actual food. Seriously though. Feed us all the things. We love a good potluck and we have them often!

Advice to Management
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Vector Solutions (San Diego, CA) in January 2015.
Phone screen by recruiter, phone interview by manager, skills test received via email from hiring manager and given 48 hours to complete. Receive an invite for an in office interview if you pass the test. In my case, the in office interview consisted of two 20-30 minute meetings with two different departments.
