Learning and Development

Employee success is Vectra’s success. We do everything we can to help employees increase their value through training and development programs, mentoring, job aids and support tools. Vectra Bank employees have access to more than 80 instructor-led courses and more than 200 online courses on a variety of topics.

Total training time for new employees averages between 45 and 50 hours the first year.

Community Support

Vectra Bank supports community organizations and events through donations and sponsorships, while serving a diverse population of employees, customers, consumers and communities.     Very friendly staff, was iniatially declined for asking 15$ when they were only wanting to pay 12. I was asked about my college experience as well as working withing a team. They said I was over qualified but i wasnt hired because of my college class schedule.
