Flexibility, co-workers, managers, atmosphere, Ratmir and team are back!
This year: High Level Execs, too many changes, comp plans. But, it sounds like all of this will be changing in 2019. The OG Execs are back and everyone is looking forward to what ever they have planned.
Advice to Management
Keep standing up for your teams. Advice for upper management: Listen to your inside management teams. They know what's going on best and know what needs to be done to make everyone successful!
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Veeam Software (Los Angeles, CA) in October 2014.
Had a meeting with part owner of the company(nworks), Sales VP and SE manager. Met over lunch, discussed the product and how my skill set would fit for the product.
