  • We embrace diversity to expand our intellectual horizons, make us better members of our communities and add more value to our customers.

Our Focus Areas

At Vencore, we know firsthand the importance of educating young people in science, technology, engineering and math (STEM). Our future success, and the success of our customers, depend on a pipeline of highly capable technical talent.

We believe that advancing STEM education requires collaboration among industry, educators and families. Vencore provides generous funding and volunteers to STEM education outreach activities for students ranging in age from elementary school through high school.

Military and Military Families

Vencore employees have a long history of dedicating their time and talents to the military community. We recognize the sacrifices made by our service members, veterans and their families and salute them through numerous volunteer activities focused on their needs. Through organizations like IAVA, employees raise funds, serve as career mentors, and provide a range of other volunteer services.

Health and Wellness

The health and well being of our employees and their families and friends is at the forefront of our community projects. That’s why Vencore supports organizations like the American Heart Association (AHA).  Mac Curtis, our president and chief executive officer, served as chairman of the 2015 Greater Washington Heart Walk. Vencore employees around the country thought up and participated in various fundraising and heart-healthy activities during an eight-month effort to raise money for AHA.  Some of those activities included employee social events, charity auctions, athletic events and the Vencore Has Heart Golf Tournament. It was through this team effort that Vencore's employees were able to rally together and raise over $290,000 for the 2015 D.C. Heart Walk.

I have been working at Vencore full-time (More than 3 years)

A great environment if you enjoy what you do and love to work hard. Colleagues are dedicated, responsive and the mission is fantastic. Interesting customer base and great on-contract opportunities.

Not too many, would like to have a little more PTO and health benefits are expensive, but not sure that is the company's fault since they have gone up everywhere.

    Advice to Management

Keep focusing on new business opportunities in cyber and agile software development.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took a week. I interviewed at Vencore (San Antonio, TX) in October 2016.

Phone interview with project manager. We reviewed resume as well as my recent work history. The interview was low pressure and pleasant. A fairly in-depth review of the company's history was presented.
