At Venterra, we are so committed to living out our Core Values and upholding our Promises, that we encourage anyone who observes otherwise to share their feedback in either our Annual Employee Survey, Annual Leadership Survey, or via EthicsPoint. EthicsPoint is a direct pipeline to our Senior Management team that all employees have confidential access to via telephone or online. Here our team members can share concerns about violations of company policy and processes, violation of laws and regulations, and mistreatment of employees. At Venterra, it is imperative to us to uphold our Core Values of honesty & integrity and our Promise to treat everyone with respect and fairness.
While we offer our residents a “Better Way of Living,” it’s important that as a company we encourage our employees to commit to “Better Living,” focusing on making a difference in their personal lives and/or the communities we live in.
Our Better Living program encourages team members to commit to goals, track their progress, support others on their journeys to success, and celebrate milestones along the way!
Participating employees are eligible for cash winnings of $15,000 throughout the year including a $2,000 grand prize winner – just for living better!

With hundreds of amazing people together under the same roof, an awards ceremony to celebrate our rock stars from the previous year, and an opportunity to just cut loose and have a good time, our annual themed new year Kick-Off parties are a great place to see this promise in action!

We've made a promise to our teams that we will always "strive to promote from within." I have been working at Venterra Realty full-time (More than a year)
I would have to say that Venterra is the absolute best company to work for. They provide a warm atmosphere and outstanding customer service. Every person matters at Venterra, no matter what position. Growth is not only possible but achievable and they PRAISE their employees. The Corporate team is amazing, even the CEO himself, Mr. Foresi. I brag about Venterra to all of my friends and family. I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Venterra Realty (Atlanta, GA).
I had a great interview experience! I actually had three interviews (4 if you count my initial Skype interview), and every one of them was a positive experience for me. The hiring manager who referred me to different sites for interviews did a great job of selecting communities where I would be a good fit, and each property manager I interviewed with was friendly, down to earth, and professional. It felt more like a guided conversation than a formal, nerve-wracking interview process! They do a good job of both getting to know you as a person and assessing how you'd perform as an employee.
