The company values implemented by Venterra at every level really resonant strongly with my own personal values. I feel like this is not just a business, rather, a great opportunity for us to help make the world a better place.
Success here requires a unique perspective filled with creativity. This is a place where I challenge myself to put my values into action and executing on those values consistently and without fail is often not easy. Old management styles do not work here. You must adapt, evolve, and grow.

I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Venterra Realty (Atlanta, GA).
I had a great interview experience! I actually had three interviews (4 if you count my initial Skype interview), and every one of them was a positive experience for me. The hiring manager who referred me to different sites for interviews did a great job of selecting communities where I would be a good fit, and each property manager I interviewed with was friendly, down to earth, and professional. It felt more like a guided conversation than a formal, nerve-wracking interview process! They do a good job of both getting to know you as a person and assessing how you'd perform as an employee.
