As an employee, I'm proud to work for a medical device company that genuinely prioritizes patient care and values its customers.
Cons
One potential downside to Verathon's relatively flat organizational structure is that opportunities for internal promotion may be limited. However, I do hope that this is something the company will work to address in the future.
