I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Vermeer (Pella, IA)
InterviewApplied & Recruiter reached out right away. Did phone interview and she was not seasoned or not professionally excited. I wasn't feeling it in this phone screen interview with her, but just kept saying to self would not be working directly with her. I had to keep asking her questions and to repeat what she was asking as she was not clear, again maybe she was new.
