I have been working at Verseon full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

This company is the most challenging company I've ever worked for. It forces you to continually try to find better ways to make an impact at the level that no other company expects so this company is not for everybody. For those who perform at the highest level of competance you will be rewarded with increased responsibility and a growth. I've been at companies before that required you to be political to advance and it's nice to be at a place where your work quality and commitment is what matters. The potential of this company is tremendous but will take a few more years to deliver the results needed to live up to what it could be.

    Cons

Don't expect 9 to 5 work hours. May not be right place for those with a lot of outside commitments.

    Advice to Management

Maybe can communicate with all employees more often to keep everyone up to date on what's going on in all areas of the company.

    Interview

The first interview was on the phone with the recruiter. The next stage was an onsite interview with the recruiters and the founders. The people were interesting, but there were long periods of sitting alone in the room waiting for the next person.
