Autism @ Work Initiative
Our work leaders and talent acquisition team are working together to identify job opportunities across the business that leverage the amazing abilities of adults affected by Autism.
Our employees enjoy the opportunity to initiate grass roots efforts to support organizations through our Community Connections program. They have ranged from the Red Cross to Alex’s Lemonade Stand to the Working Wardrobe. This team also leads many of the fun activities that take place at Vertex.
The Vertex Wellness Program is designed to help employees make lifestyle changes that can lead to better health. The program combines activities and educational opportunities focused on some of the key points of healthy living: preventative care, increased physical activity, improved eating habits, and healthy eating. A team of employees helps promote wellness with onsite health screenings, fitness programs, and wellness events.
Vertex also offers the "More to Life" Employee Assistance Program. This program is designed to help employees address a range of topics and issues—including legal, financial, everyday living, family and caregiving, health and wellness, and emotional well-being.

Internships are mostly offered during the summer semester across all areas of the business in our King of Prussia location. All internships are paid and full-time.
Vertex Advance is an entry-level, two-year, rotational program that is designed to put you through several rotations and provide a broad exposure to different functional areas within a technology company. There are three tracks that offer you opportunities for a wide range of career interests.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2+ weeks. I interviewed at Vertex (Pennsylvania) (Berwyn, PA).
Was interviewed by two Managers. Basically asked me if I knew how to do what they needed getting done. I was hired as a consultant and then after 6 months they brought me on full time.
I was happy with the offer at the time.
