OK, so you don’t actually need an orange shirt (though we will give you one as part of our onboarding program), but energy and passion are a must. Verve, a Credit Union, is not your average credit union. We’re committed to helping YOU become the best version of yourself by investing in training to help you become better at your job, and helping you discover your natural talents and learn your unique value as an individual. I have been working at Verve, a Credit Union full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Verve, a Credit Union is committed to investing in our team members through servant leadership training, an amazing wellness program, and by having a fun and relaxed culture. I've been with the credit union for over 15 years, starting as a teller, and now working in the IT department. I love coming to work every day because I do work that matters and get to work with people that matter to me too!

We're also committed to investing in our community through working with the schools, hosting and sponsoring community events, and doing Random Acts of Verve (RAV). Many of these are ran by our Marketing team, but the rest of the team also has the opportunity to volunteer for some of these events.

    Cons

I can't think of any cons for a person that's looking to work here.

I applied through other source. I interviewed at Verve, a Credit Union.

    Interview

Fun and energetic! It was like we were just old friends catching up. They started with introductions but then passed around and ice breaker ball that we all answered questions on and made me feel much more relaxed for the interview.
