Awesome benefits. Work anywhere. Super smart people. I love working here.

The pay is relatively low for my experience level, although it is high by the standards of my town.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the good work.

    Average Interview

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Very (Chattanooga, TN) in March 2018.

I was given a Google Hangout email after having programmed an interview date on Calendly. On the day of the interview, I had the bad luck of having poor bandwidth connection and a result, what was all of a sudden excitement over my candidacy, turned into "we are looking for a more senior person". I know it was because of the poor connection. Additionally, the interviewer would not make eye contact with me when he was sharing about the company. Poor business etiquette and it spoke volumes of the company. Also, they worked in 3 to 5 month contracts which signaled to me they were struggling just like I am as a freelancer. I can just work on my own with my own clients. The lack of understanding over poor bandwidth signaled to me, that as a dad and family man, I would probably not have very understanding employer and one of the things
