The management staff,and co-workers, are awesome; the work is also easy. Room for advancement. It is a inbound call center. Monthly incentives for hitting goals and quarterly contests.
Order Processing wasn't bad but, Revenue Assurance sometimes gets verbally abusive callers or difficult clients.
Advice to Management
When I worked for Vesta we were all like a family. You could offer 4 ten hour shifts again and/or times/ways people on the floor can sharpen there computer skills when they are not clocked in. Maybe encourage people to work on skills in order to earn monthly incentives.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took a week. I interviewed at Vesta Corporation (Alpharetta, GA) in December 2017.
Approved by the recruiter and wanted to interview quick for thinking posting in Alpharetta (Atlanta suburb). Kinda rush. I said OK.
Interview was a phone screen for 30 minutes by a manager since hiring manager want there. First red flag. General and technical. Decent interview and guy.
The in-person interview was whiteboard technical, lasting an hour. Two developers in Atlanta and the phone screen guy on video conference from Portland. It's a grill if you weren't prepared or unexpected like me.
Wanted to add a developer to their 2 member team (who interviewed me) in Atlanta.
Never heard a response in 6 weeks. After a week, reminded if they are still interested. No response.
