The management staff,and co-workers, are awesome; the work is also easy. Room for advancement. It is a inbound call center. Monthly incentives for hitting goals and quarterly contests.
Order Processing wasn't bad but, Revenue Assurance sometimes gets verbally abusive callers or difficult clients.
Advice to Management
When I worked for Vesta we were all like a family. You could offer 4 ten hour shifts again and/or times/ways people on the floor can sharpen there computer skills when they are not clocked in. Maybe encourage people to work on skills in order to earn monthly incentives.
Onsite interview at HQ. Interviewers were quite friendly, and process was well-organized. Company has a strong niche, and appears to have good work and life balance. It has been around for a long time. Technical staff are quite strong, and have experience from top design and product companies.
