    Neutral Outlook

I have been working at Vestcom International full-time (More than 5 years)

I actually love the people that I work with on a day to day basis that are not in management. We all have a really good working relationship.

Upper management not very knowledgeable about what happens on a day to day basis. They often over promise and under deliver to the customers due to this. Morale of employees should be a lot better.

    Advice to Management

Put people in place who actually under the business from top to bottom and makes sound decisions instead of guessing.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Vestcom International in July 2015.

They reached out to me for a phone interview, I replied with my availability, after a week of no response, I had to follow up to make sure it got scheduled.

    Interview Questions

    • The guy that interviewed me was sarcastic, rude, and moved way too quickly through the questions. This job isn't even located in Chicago; it's PT in Itasca, and PT working from home. If you pass the first phone screen, you'll get the opportunity for *~*another*~* phone screen with someone else in the company.   1 Answer
