CEO is awesome, great mission, vision, values and culture
No work life balance for management, poor recognition and compensation.
Advice to Management
Recognize your employees better. Offer compensation (even just extra PTO hours) for Salary employees who work overtime (that is time they aren't getting paid for and not spending with family and our loved ones).
I applied online. I interviewed at ViaQuest (Cincinnati, OH) in June 2017.
Was asked simple questions off of a preprinted sheet. Not conversational at all. It was a comfortable setting and the questions were easy to answer. Questions did not necessarily ask about me and what I would add to the company.
