There's a reason ViaWest was named "best place to work". The culture here is amazing. The people have such a great energy and passion. Leadership is aligned and communicates well with the team. Also, the health benefits are great.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ViaWest (Las Vegas, NV) in August 2016.
First you have phone screening. Next you have a face to face interview with the supervisor. Last you have a Interview with HR and the Regional manager which takes about 10-15 minutes.
