I have been working at Vibrent Health full-time (Less than a year)
Great, smart co-workers, organized work plans, good location, best blend of startup and corporate, flexible work schedule.
First time working with project managers, and it has been a great experience. Our work flow if very organized and reasonable, and our department head is very conscientious about giving credit when its due. My team is comprised of intelligent, professional people with impressive backgrounds and experience.
Even though the company is 9 years old, it is in the midst of tremendous growth, so in some ways it is like a startup, with lots of new people and new ideas. The management is very open to adopting new practices. Also, I love that we have a great diversity of people in age as well as culture, etc.
I have a young child and my boss allowed me to start my day early so I can pick up my child from childcare before 6 pm. I know this won't work for all departments, but luckily it did for me.

Advice to Management
More all-hands meetings where all staff get together, its a great chance to meet, socialize and exchange ideas with teams we don't usually get to interact with
I applied in-person. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Vibrent Health (Fairfax, VA).
Einstein with IBM watson required: Before even start of interview, panel was much more busy to go, why should they call for such interview, if they are not interested. there might be disruptive person with his own ideology how particular tool work, unwilling to listen for multiple application of usecase
