    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at VidOvation (Lake Forest, CA) in November 2017.

    Interview

After applying online through Indeed.com I received an email requesting that I complete a short assessment. Upon completion I was sent a link to book a time for a phone interview. The interview went well so I was asked to come in for an in-person interview. I met with Jim and Shannon Jachetta. Both were very friendly, which made it one of the least stressful interviews that I’ve ever had. We discussed my background, the responsibilities of the position, company history, benefits and compensation, and growth opportunities. After a quick tour of the office, I was told they'd be making their decision shortly. Sure enough, I heard back a few days later and was offered the job!

    Interview Questions

    • Since I was employed at the time I was asked why I was looking for a new job and what kind of job I felt would be a good long term fit.   Answer Question
