Mission: We create the world's greatest gaming experience every day!
I worked at Video Gaming Technologies full-time
Challenging work, lots of opportunity.
Too much projects going on, moved the company.
I applied online. I interviewed at Video Gaming Technologies (Reno, NV) in July 2017.
They sent me some problems to work on, calculate probabilities, and write a bit of code to verify the probabilities. I did this, then they asked me to rewrite the code in another language. I did that. Then I heard nothing at all for a month and a half. Finally I received an email just saying they'd gone with another candidate, that was it, no other feedback or anything. This was, in my opinion, a bit rude after the amount of time and effort I put into the process.
In this week's motivational message, VGT President Jay Sevigny remarked, "Games don’t get converted, placed, designed, built, managed through compliance, or so on without everyone stepping up and doing their job well." Applicable to many groups, don't you think?
We've had many delicious treats popping up in the VGT Franklin community garden lately - even watermelon!
