This is difficult, but to at least list a pro the location is nice. The office is located in Times Square and is a scenic happening place to be. The dress code is pretty relaxed as well.
Honestly, unless you have no other options, I would steer clear of this place. There was a time when it was a good place to work, but that is far in the past. The environment is toxic and there is next to no room for advancement. Senior management appears to be asleep at the wheel throwing their support behind initiatives that do not really make much sense and wasting money trying to launch "new products and services" (the CEOs mantra) when the reality is many of the key products do not presently work, and many of the services are sub par. Also there is no investment into the employees who really seem to be viewed as a means to an end. There is no genuine respect or admiration for a job well done. Favoritism runs rampant in some departments.
Advice to Management
The current CEO was probably a fantastic CFO, but he does not function well as a leader of the organization. No one seems to know where the ship is going or has any confidence in his ability. I think the board needs to address the current leadership and make some drastic changes before it is too late.
