Videojet is a numbers driven organization that is very focused on results. You may have to stretch further than you thought possible to achieve the goals laid out for you. The organizational structure is also complex and difficult to understand at times.
Advice to Management
Step back from the numbers on occasion and focus on qualitative measures that can improve culture and work/life balance. Recognize all the individuals that go above and beyond for you. The growth you strive for will come naturally.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Videojet Technologies.
The process was in depth. Two separate interviews before I was offered the job. Hand you a test to take as well in the second interview. They called me in the way home from the second interview with a job offer.
