Everyone's friendly. HR really values the employees.
Hardly any pay raises. They don't give you a promotion to help motivate you. Instead they just add more duties that definitely were not in the job description.
Advice to Management
A promotion will help employees feel special and feel motivated to tackle on the extra responsibilities.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2+ weeks. I interviewed at ViewSonic.
The interview process was a simple one. I initially spoke with a recruiter over 2 phone calls. I then waited approximately 10 days to hear back from the recruiter. From that point I had a call with one of the sales executives and that call was straight forward. Typical strength and weakness questions.
