I have worked here for almost 8 years. I have always been provided with a lot of support and guidance from management. We strive to make a difference in the lives of the children that we work with. There are various roles everyone plays but we all have one goal and that is to provide the best treatment as possible for our youth.
Cons
We work with a population that can be stressful at times. At the end of a shift, you can be emotional and drained but when you get to see a child change and grow because of the advice and time you have spent with them, the stress and emotions are worth it!
