    Application

I applied through college or university. The process took 3+ months. I interviewed at Villeroy & Boch (Singapore (Singapore)) in March 2015.

    Interview

Applied in mid January through university portal and was asked to attend the first interview early March. There were a total of three interviews with local managers and regional heads. There was also an aptitude test after the first interview.

I was given a training booklet detailing the job scope, training and pay package during the second interview. I was told to read the contents carefully (even told to bring it home so that I'll have more time to completely understand the programme)

When I received the offer letter, I realized that they were only offering half the benefits that were stipulated in the booklet (half the days off, almost half the pay). When I asked about the compensation package, they mentioned that the pay package applied only to European management associates. I counter-offered and was swiftly turned down.
