I worked at Vimpelcom full-time (More than 10 years)

Good relationships between colleagues, possibilities to develop different skills, good salary.

Unfortunately there are some problems in the company: weak management not from telecom area, "kumovstvo" and so on.

    Advice to Management

My advice: save experienced employees in this crisis time because it's main recourse of Russian Vimpelcom.

    Interview Questions

    • The business game stage was the most difficult. It involved group case discussion and presentation. Among around 30 participants you should be like in top 3 in order to pass to interview stage.   1 Answer
