VintedJob interviews can be stressful if you’re unsure what it’s going to be like. Ieva G. joined us around a year ago as a Backend Software Engineer. Now, she shares some tips on the process. There’s a few main stages that make up our hiring process: 📍 Introductory meeting, which is more like an informal chat letting both sides get to know each other better. 📍Homework assignment, which allows us to test your way of thinking and writing code. 📍Technical review, during which you present your code, we provide feedback, give you time to modify your homework, and give you a system design assignment. 📍 Try Out day (it’s still a part of the hiring process) during which you take on actual tasks with your team to see if there’s a good fit.
