I worked at Virco Mfg. full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Lots of sales and planscape upper management Purchases and expense things for personal usage. There was a workshop that men were allowed to express their true feelings about women at the last meeting. It was tape recorded.

    Cons

Lots of discrimination and bullying against women. Women are paid less, get less vacation and benefits. Women don't get retirement packages.

    Advice to Management

Clean up your discrimination good old boys sales team. It is not virtuous to invite former employees to meetings who have grabbing issues with women and were released for that.

    Application

I applied in-person. The process took a week. I interviewed at Virco Mfg. (Conway, AR) in January 2015.

    Interview

Hired through a temporary agency where there was no real interview process. The temporary agency was polite, however they constantly threatened everyone applying that lying about arrest history was going to be dealt with aggressively.
