I worked at Virginia Commonwealth University part-time
Culture of diversity and inclusion, very stimulating environment with opportunities to learn and advance, and often have the opportunity to work with other peers.
Although it was higher than minimum wage, the way was a little low. I also think that the very busy and hectic environment sometimes made it difficult to seek support when needed. Overall, however, it was a great experience and there isn't much to complain about.
Advice to Management
It would be best to develop more training opportunities for education coaches and to give them more hands-on preparation before they begin their first day on the job.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2+ weeks. I interviewed at Virginia Commonwealth University (Richmond, VA) in September 2015.
Interview process was very formal. Team of people took interview. They asked about analytics, finance, sql , subject matter questions. They had much information about me because I was working on same University. First round is phone interview. Second round is technical interview, where team of people will ask different technical questions. Last round was HR and behavioral.
