    Cons

Not really a Con but it's a start up, perfect for anyone with an entrepreneurial mindset. Not so great for those who prefer large and established companies with Lots of structure.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at ViriCiti.

    Interview

I applied via the website, I got an answer quite fast. It felt quite well managed at the beginning, then they asked me to do a design exercise on their actual product... The way it was handled from the design exercise to the end made me think that maybe they were going to just get ideas from candidates for free rather than actually hiring someone.
I had to present the exercise in front of the team (you should explain that before actually asking the candidate to come in, it would give more chances to the candidate to prepare better), I had very little time to prepare the exercise too + giving an exercise on your actual product either goes two ways: the candidate doesn't know enough and you blame the candidate for not doing something related enough to the product, or you do it because you don't actually want to pay someone to do the work (you get work for free calling it "design exercise")... What made me think it was for free work is that they then took 3 weeks to reply with a negative answer when they actually said I would get an answer a few days later... I wouldn't go further in the process if they ask you to do an exercise on their own product. The people seem nice tho, the idea is good too. The office is basic, nothing crazy
