    Pros

    A leadership team who put customers first, and are invested in succeeding through product and services innovation, developing team members, and being a cloud leader for mission-critical workloads.

    Cons

    Cloud is a competitive market with very big players to contend with like AWS.

    Advice to Management

    Keep investing in innovation and team members like you are today and growth and success will continue to come to the company.
