Visa Inc. – Why Work For Us?

Everyone knows Visa, but few get to shape it. As the world’s leading payments network, Visa is driving economic growth and improving lives by transforming the way the world pays. We are the brand that made electronic payments easy to use, secure and literally everywhere you want to be.

As technology transforms, so does the competitive landscape in which we operate. At Visa, our employees get to learn and grow while tackling the industry’s most interesting challenges. We do meaningful work that opens up new markets and channels, empowers consumers with more choices, and ultimately delivers on our shared commitment to drive our clients’ business forward. And we partner with the best and brightest names inside and outside of the business to lead the industry in payments innovations. In offices, innovation centers and tech centers globally, our employees share an entrepreneurial spirt and can-do attitude, working to push the boundaries of what is possible in the world of payments.

At Visa, we recognize that our impact is only as strong as the diverse and inclusive community that is there to build it. As a global company with employees all over the globe, we foster vibrant communities where we live and work.  We truly value the individual differences, experiences and capabilities of each employee and partner. And we take pride in living our brand and values every day as thought leaders in advancing financial literacy education and support of local charities and humanitarian efforts. Through our global employee volunteering program, we also enable donations of money, time and talent to communities all around the world.

Help us shape the future of commerce.

At Visa, our interns and new grads dive head first into the innovation that we are spearheading. They help us think of the new solutions that we need to keep up with the rapidly changing payment landscape. Through our robust undergrad and graduate intern programs or our new graduate rotational program, students and recent graduates can experience what makes Visa a rewarding, yet challenging place to be.

We offer internships and new graduate positions in all parts of our business from finance, technology, design, marketing, product, and legal, with positions located across all of our global offices.

Our internship program is the biggest step toward joining our team full time. I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6+ weeks. I interviewed at Visa Inc..

After having a current employee submit my resume internally had 5 phone interviews over about a month and a half before hearing back. After asking for feedback from the recruiter on my perceived shortcomings several times, the recruiter actually blocked my email.
