I have been working at Vision Critical full-time (More than a year)

Only a few companies have been able to make the transformation from a Services organization to a SaaS Software organization. Vision Critical is in the final stages of this process. While there have been bumps in the road, executive leadership has been extremely transparent about status, successes, failures, and more.

The company has a weekly open forum where all employees can ask ANY question (and it can be anonymously). Leadership has always answered every question - within legal bounds.

VC has a great vision for how the Sparq platform can help our customers! Its very exciting to be a part of the journey.

Not everyone is built to be a part of such a drastic transformation and its easy to feel some of that misguided energy. With success comes a lot of failure; you have to be able to handle it and ready to be a part of something big.

    Advice to Management

Continue to be transparent. Continue on the planned path. Continue to do it #thevcway!

I applied through college or university. The process took 2+ weeks. I interviewed at Vision Critical (San Francisco, CA) in March 2013.

General interview questions but focus more on your previous marketing research experiences. I was interviewed by three different senior employees, kinda repeated the same question.
