Very strong focus on customer satisfaction and employee care. This company feels like "family" and coming to work is a great experience. Very strong leadership and very open to change - seems like constant evolution to make employee and customer experience better.
Company could focus more on rolling out advanced technologies to improve communications.
Advice to Management
Continue to improve every day. More focus on how we do what we do and making sure doing our jobs is made easier through technology.
I applied online. I interviewed at Vision Technologies (Hanover, MD) in September 2017.
Spoke to company's onsite recruiter by phone interview first, then onsite, then onsite with hiring manager. Recruiter was a pleasure to speak to, hiring manager on the other hand did not seem to know why or what position he was hiring for. Hiring manager really only discussed how and by whom the company was started and run by. Truly a waste of time.
