I worked at Visiture full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

I was at Visiture for a half a year. I had a great time, learned a lot, and got some valuable experience. The company culture is phenomenal and everyone is a family. They've got an incredibly smart team and a great future. I left because I was recruited by a company that offered a significant raise.

    Cons

Management made me incredibly uncomfortable when I approached them about another job offer.

    Advice to Management

You're hiring a bunch of entry level employees who are just out of college. Be a bit more understanding.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Visiture (Atlanta, GA).

    Interview

Applied through email. Received an email about a phone interview a few days later, the phone call was extensive but the interviewer asked great questions and seemed really nice. From there I had a phone interview with the main guy in the office, he asked me more questions related to the position and also seemed really nice. A day later I set up a time and day for an onsite interview. The office is in a nice location in a small but productive office with open desks. I met with the man I talked to on the phone as well as the person who I'd be learning from in the position.
