I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Vital Farms (Austin, TX) in Apr 2021

Overall, though I did not get an offer, they communicated quickly. I received an email thanking me for applying immediately after submitting my application, 2 days later someone at the company viewed my LinkedIn profile, 1 day later I got an email saying that they decided to move forward with other candidates.

No interview, so no questions were asked.
