The Vitamin Shoppe® has over 700 stores throughout the United States, Puerto Rico and Canada. However, success for us is not measured by how many stores we open. Success for us means providing a fulfilling customer experience to each person who shops in our store.

I have been working at Vitamin Shoppe part-time (More than a year)
Steady paced job where you get to help people and learn new things everyday. Fun and positive environment and amazing place to meet new people and help customers. Enjoy the fact that I can suggest my honest opinion on what a customer needs instead of being pressured to sell a specific product or brand. Although, our brand is amazing, there are just some cases where a different one might work better for a specific customer.
Sometimes can be slow paced, should be able to do shipment during store hours. Sometimes the day can drag when there hasn’t been customers in the store.
Advice to Management
Employees should be able to work on shipment and tasks during store hours if it is extremely slow.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Vitamin Shoppe (Palm Coast, FL) in April 2016.
very fluid and easy to talk. the manger was very nice and listened to everything i had to say. The interview lasted about an hour and a half. They did the interview in store and gave me alot of positive feed back while also telling me what their concerns were. She also gave me time to ask questions if i had any. Overall it was a good interview experience.
