Mission: To help restaurants succeed by turning transactions into insights and opportunities.
I worked at Vivonet full-time (More than a year)
Managers allow you to take a bathroom break.
- Work life balance is horrendous. You will eat every meal at your desk.
- Politics (even if you try to avoid them you are negatively impacted).
- If you have a strong moral conscience you may find yourself staring at the ceiling every night instead of falling asleep after a long day at the office.
- Unclear career path.
Advice to Management
Take a look at the leadership that you hired.
Treat your hard working employees with respect and recognize how dedicated they are.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Vivonet (Vancouver, BC (Canada)) in February 2017.
Phone interview was straight-forward, in person was strange. Made a lot of small talk, almost as if to waste time - ie. asked if I had my transcript and/or any demos, but was not prompted to bring either in advane. Kept citing CTCI and the importance of having read it, insulted the nature of a project from a previous workplace (especially didn't appreciate that - very unprofessional).
