I worked at VoiceCurve part-time (More than a year)
The option to work remote was my attraction to this job and I thought they executed this option really well. The remote training was thorough and the constant access to live support was key! I thought they were always positive and supportive with employees and innovative in their business.
The pay was 10.00 firm from start to end with no option for raise.
Advice to Management
Eventually some kind of perk or raise is to be expected. Would have saved from high turnover potentially.
I applied online. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at VoiceCurve in October 2012.
The interview process was pretty painless. There was a spelling test, a computer test, and a few phone calls. All of this was done online so I thought that was fairly amusing.
