Every company has space for improvement. No such thing as highlighting a con that's simple enough to change in due time. That's just not my thing. Plus Jay, Eric and all the others are pretty cool.
Advice to Management
The only advice I will give to management is to keep striving for greatness. While everyone may not agree with certain tactics, change seekers will appreciate this company for what is taught in being grateful. Thank you. My morals have officially elevated to a level 12.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at VoiceNation (Buford, GA) in March 2017.
I applied through career builder and got a pre screening call from Zanita who then invited me to interview on the text day. When I got there, there were a few more candidates so it was clear to me that this was going to be a panel type interview which didn't really bother me. We waited around until Zanita came out to get us a bit late but that's okay. She took us all to a room, we filled out paper work, gave her our two forms of ids and took a typing test... twice. I'm average with typing so the first time my score came out perfect and above their standards, the second time Zanita felt that she needed to talk through my test to tell me to wait for her to score before I touch anything so it's normal that I got sidetracked listening to wait she was telling me while typing so I bombed that second one and didn't touch it as she had asked. After everyone was done she told us about the company and then started the panel interview. We meet the HR manager named Sheila, at the end of that interview and she handed us each a small paper with three questions to email back to her ASAP. I did mine as soon as I got to the car and Zanita called about an hour later and inviting to a 1:1 with the call center supervisor, Eric. I interviewed with him the next day. That 1:1 was really strange. It felt rushed and lasted like three minutes. He let me know when the training class started and told me to expect a call within the next week. I never received a call so I performed a follow back hoping that they would be professional and let me know what they decided either way. My call or email to them did not get a response. It would have been nice had they did. They pay $12/hr, they pay weekly and they have a fully stocked kitchen.
