Volition Capital Reviews
Strong mentorship culture, lots of responsibility early on, interesting job, great people and culture, great place to learn about VC/PE, freedom to explore what you find interesting, upward mobility
Steep learning curve at the beginning but you get support to step into the responsibility so pays off in the long term, long hours but that is industry standard
